My personal style of the popular "Push Pull Legs Split". A great training split for someone that enjoys training each muscle group twice per week. This split is either 6 days on, 1 day off, repeat OR 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 1 day off, repeat. It is laid out as follows:
  • Day 1: Push
  • Day 2: Legs
  • Day 3: Pull
  • Day 4: Rest
  • Day 5: Push
  • Day 6: Legs
  • Day 7: Pull
