Custom Nutrition Plan

Depending on your preference and experience level, I will either give you a custom meal plan or daily macro/calorie goals. The meal plan is catered to fit your lifestyle and particular desires while also ensuring proper nutrition goals are met.

Custom Training Program

Based on your lifestyle considerations (job/school/time availability), experience level, weak points, and personal preferences, I will create a training plan for you to maximize growth while ensuring enjoyment.

Supplement Recommendations

I will give you some supplement recommendations based on your needs.

Weekly Check-Ins

Each week, we will check in via loom video to make sure you are making progress as well as enjoying the plan. Based on the feedback I may or may not make adjustments.

Weekly Training Critiques

Once a week, you can record a training session and send clips to me on your check in day so I can critique anything to improve the quality of each set.

Posing Critique

You'll send me physique updates weekly and I will give you posing tips to improve your presentation.
