My personal style of the infamous "Bro Split". A great training split for someone that is looking to train 5 days a week. This split is 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off and laid out as follows:
- Day 1: Chest/Triceps
- Day 2: Quads/Adductors
- Day 3: Back/Forearms
- Day 4: Rest
- Day 5: Shoulders/Biceps
- Day 6: Glutes/Hamstrings
- Day 7: Rest
