My personal style of the infamous "Bro Split". A great training split for someone that is looking to train 5 days a week. This split is 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off and laid out as follows:
  • Day 1: Chest/Triceps
  • Day 2: Quads/Adductors
  • Day 3: Back/Forearms
  • Day 4: Rest
  • Day 5: Shoulders/Biceps
  • Day 6: Glutes/Hamstrings
  • Day 7: Rest
